Recent Updates
Now that we are moving and working outside the company, there is more to handle than expected. Opportunity always arrives together with risk. Until the first half of next year, the most important thing is to survive by focusing on team building and everyday operations.
Recent Projects
ArchiveJ: We are building a new archive service model. We are trying to move forward carefully and steadily with the development team. I hope we can apply this new model to an archive project that begins later this year.
TCG: TCG stands for Text Consulting Group. We are planning to establish a company in Estonia and use that entity for some of our work. Legal, tax, funding, and investment tasks will be handled through the Estonian company. I will occasionally share updates on Instagram. https://instagram.com/woonjjang_tcg/
We recently finished service-planning consulting for a project team. I hope the team, which is experimenting with its own organizational structure, continues to do well. We could have kept building together, but the relationship did not continue further.
We are preparing Work Literacy together with the Work-Life Balance Research Lab. I plan to use this space more actively while building that program. There may be a lecture in Busan in December, focused on work-centered digital literacy. https://wlb-lab.org
