Introduction
Hello.
After visiting Hanoi unexpectedly in 2025, we became deeply attracted to Cat Ba and Hanoi, and the way to build concierge service naturally followed.
While managing a K-POP concert in Hanoi in 2025, we extended the same protocol used for celebrity escort logistics — airport, hotel, and ground transport — into a remote travel concierge service.
Currently, YCTOUR has opened routes in northern Vietnam such as Hanoi, Halong Bay, Haiphong, Sapa, and Lao Cai (TOUR 001, TOUR 003).
We also opened mid-route central Vietnam destinations connecting Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, and Phong Nha (TOUR 002).
You can travel to many places in Vietnam including Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc. We design each itinerary and manage actual travel with a flat service fee. TOUR 005 / TOUR 006 / TOUR 007 are scheduled to open in February 2026.
Through Zalo (Vietnamese equivalent of KakaoTalk), our concierge team handles reservations and movement online. On the Zalo channel, a trip host (Korean YC), reservation manager (Vietnamese), and interpreter (Vietnamese) are on standby at all times. During travel, local partners, drivers, and guides enter and leave the channel as needed for on-the-ground support.

One Korean host + two local Vietnamese staff = a dedicated three-person concierge team. The team manages the full trip schedule, reservations, transport flow, vehicle management, and emergency support in real time through Zalo.

Except for the actual cost of each reservation (refer to the pricing document), the travel concierge fee is 570,000 KRW regardless of travel period (VAT included).
We are a consulting company. We do not own airline discount services, but we can assist with ticketing with your consent and continue to seek discount support through partnerships.
Fast-track service allows faster airport movement and immigration processing for a small fee. Because of long-standing relationships, we can support routes where small luggage travelers can board quickly (about 15 minutes in Hanoi Noi Bai airport). For Da Nang or Phu Quoc this may be offered only when useful.
Arrival:

- Vehicle check-in and baggage drop (please arrive at least 40 minutes before departure)

If travel includes special business components (site visit, real-estate, etc.) or if the customer requests an accompanying person, the budget may differ significantly.
Because YCTOUR trips are structured for private tours without a fixed guide, costs for personnel and service fees can be different when a person is attached. Even so, we only pass practical and reasonable pricing.
